Time logging with GPS location
Efficient, paperless attendance registration of employees who work at different locations each time. A GPS integration links their working hours to their location.
Smartphone app for employees
The smartphone app allows your employees to digitally record their arrival and departure times at a customer location. You can then access this data in a cloudbased software application.
Software application in the cloud
Done‑it offers an online software application. In it, you can track and export all entered employee data, wherever you are.
Tracked mileage
With Done-it, record the trips they make. For each trip, they can enter kilometers driven, indicate which means of transport they used and whether or not they carpooled and with whom.
Share project information
In Done-it, you can create and share project information and documentation with your employees. Think of job descriptions, site rules and contacts.
Receiving project updates
Employees can share important project changes with you from the app. This prevents separate text messages, apps and/or phone calls.
Monitor remaining hours
Done-it automatically calculates your project's remaining available hours based on scheduled hours. Workers can see at a glance if they are on schedule thanks to a handy countdown.
Track overtime
Employees enter their overtime in the Done-it app and can choose to receive pay or additional vacation.

The app always stores the location of the project. This allows employees to navigate to the correct address from within the app at the touch of a button.
Managing leave
Your employees request leave easily and quickly. As an employer, you can immediately reject or approve the request. Moreover, everyone always has an up-to-date overview of remaining vacation days.
Registering absences
The app includes a feature that allows you to manage leave. It also allows you to record other absences, such as illness or weather-related absences.
